How's Life Been Treating You Lately?

I tooke these photographs the other day in the parking lot at my chiropractor's office over in Gulf Breeze. So, what kind of "life signs" would you put on the back of your vehicle?

My favorite is "visualize whirled peas".

Ilex, I was in the "The Whirled Cup" today. I had chocolate cheese cake, a decaf Americano, and a photography lesson. It was all good.

Don't you just love the way people wear their hearts on their bumpers or other parts of their vehicles?

Pretty funny, actually. One wonders if they aren't quite sure and need something to remind them that life is good, or whatever?

No idea, as I'm not a bumper sticker type girl. But I agree with Jacob it's interesting to see what people do put on their cars and muse about what it says about them.

I love the first shot, even the tow-hitch seems to be smiling.

I don't have anything on my car, but if I did, I'd have to stick with my Mantra "WillThink4Wine"!

Life is sad today. I've lost a dear friend. God called him home.

JE,I'm not the bumper sticker type, either. But Gulf Breeze is like a little piece of Malibu in the middle of NW Florida so these two logos are very apropos.
Annie, I've left you a message on your blog.

I guess it depends on where life set you down, what happened to you when you were a kid, whether your meds help (mine do! Buddha-nature in a jar) and, most of all, plain, stupid chance. My childhood, adolescence and young adulthood were fairly miserable, at least for someone who always had enough to eat and a dry place to sleep. The second half of my life (knock on wood) has been very kind to me. Life really is good now, and has been for a while. I'm not religious but the Buddhist concepts on impermanence and non-attachment are worth keeping in mind. And that's my proclamation for the day.
