I took all of these pictures while camping at Big Lagoon State Park over Thanksgiving. The critters at the beach were photographed when I made a side trip to nearby Perdido Key. Everyone was having a fabulous time and four blue herons squabbling over territorial rights, a dolphin pod slapping their tails while fishing, and a high flying Manta ray made it all the more special. I have to give my DH some special credit, he spied several of the critters/things you're seeing here. It's worth enlarging to get all the details.
From left to right across three rows:
1. Dolphins
2. Hooded Mergansers
3. Blue Heron footprints
4. Alligator crossing sign
5. Mussels
6. Alligator/turtle tracks? It's one or the other but we're not sure yet, still checking it out.
7. Critter entry point into Big Lagoon
8. Blue Heron
9. Deer hoof print
10. Possible sleeping bed for deer in a palmetto clump
11. Snail
12. Leaping Manta Ray
Today's song is Suite Boneparte.
Tomorrow we'll meet Rebel and she's a real dog.

superbe collage, et je trouve un très bel hommage à dame nature.
superb collage, and I find a very nice homage to natural lady.
A wonderful collage of beautiful photos! I enjoyed this post so much!!
I really like this montage. Great way to virtually explore the wildlife of your area.
The colors and textures are so quilt-like. I love the limited palette- pale taupe with bright green. Makes me want to sew!
Oh, I love it all, especially the footprints!
These are all wonderful!
Wonderful pictures! Especially the one of the leaping manta ray (didn't know they do that)! Love the photos of the footprints in the sand, too!
That WAS worth enlarging. Stunning!
Great collage, especially the footprints ... I must remember to look for the some on my summer holiday the beach.
A great job with that mosaïc.

i love a beautiful montage of shots, and you've captured the sights of the beach life well in this one
PJ, this one inspired my recent post on Gulls. I went looking for tracks and that was the result. Thanks for being an inspiration to me.
